Is this a pregnancy symptom?

The first day of my last period was April 3. Over a week ago my nipples got sore. I figured maybe they were raw but not sure what from. Now my left breast has started to hurt but only in one spot. My breasts don’t hurt, I usually don’t get PMS symptoms. My nipple pain is still there but not as prominent. Is this a sign of pregnancy? I’ve had weird “cramps” too but maybe I’m symptom spotting. I’m not trying to get pregnant, but I’ve had unprotected sex multiple times this month and when I was ovulating.
