First BPF post endo surgery! When did you go see gyno?

Hi ladies, I am now 1 week late and got a number of positives. I had endo surgery in march and I'm now 5 weeks today (or 1 week late according to FLO app). Im thinking to call my gyno to go confirm but also want to wait for 61/2 weeks so i can hear the baby's heartbeat if possible. When did you have your first appt? I'm thinking she might want to see me early since it my first pregnancy and i just had a laparoscopy.
Any advice?
