I've just tested, it was a BFP, but I'm getting very minimal cramps, and passing gas more than usual, is it something to worry about?

I had period like cramping after my positive. It was just baby burrowing down deeper

I’m 5 weeks pregnant today , and got cramping on and off throughout the day . It’s normal , unless you’re not bleeding with it . That’s what my doctor told me

Very unsure..
