Gender opinions

Hi all,
I had my gender scan today, and am very on the fence.
With my first child, my daughter, the three lines were very clear. Likewise with my second child, my son, the bulge was very clear.
Sonographer said she believes this is a girl, however i can't see any lines, is it possible this could potentially be a boy, and that in my 20 week scan this small bulge could be more apparent?
