5 weeks pregnant with light bleeding

So me and my husband had been trying for a couple months but no luck. I ended up finding out I have thyroid which is why I hadn’t been able to get pregnant. I started medication & I recently got a positive after having super sore boobs & according to the calculations I’m 5 weeks today. I just made an appt for next week.Well In the morning I noticed bleeding, not crazy amount and it was only When I used the bathroom. Also, it wasn’t red like period blood, it was pink. It stopped, but I noticed it again very faintly right now in the evening. Is it something to be concerned about?  (Also, no cramping).
