Steroid injection for lung maturation at 29+5

Hi ladies, I received a dose of steroids for lung maturation at 29+5, and the second dose yesterday at 29+6 after staff in the maternity unit discovered a pool of blood in my cervix. Just wondering did anyone notice any side effects such as baby not moving as much (I was monitored for over 12 hours after the second dose and was reassured that was normal as his heart rate was good and movement was being picked up on trace) or just a generally odd feeling in bump?
