13 dpo and late

Hello everyone I need help figuring out what’s going on with me I am 13 days after ovulation I did not get my period today as I was supposed to so I took a pregnancy test I took one in the morning and it came out positive but very faint then I took two in the middle of the day and they came out negative then I took one more in the afternoon and he came out faint but not as faint as the one in the morning can someone tell me what’s going on please ?
