Hi ladies so my last period was the 17th of September and then I tested & got my BFP on the 3rd of November. When I tested it said 3 weeks plus so I’m so confused how many weeks I am? 
When I called my dr they said the midwife would call when I’m 8-10 weeks just trying to work out when that will be

    Usually those tests go from conception so you add on 2 weeks, so you’re over 5 weeks pregnant. Going by your last period (and assuming you ovulate around day 14) you’re 7 weeks pregnant. Congrats 🥳
