Pregnancy symptoms 4-5 weeks help!

So I’m around 4-5 weeks pregnant my boobs have been achy and hurting since I found out I was pregnant ! 

But today I’ve got an awful pain in 1 armpit, it’s constant and feeling unbelievably sore.
has anyone else had this ? Or what could it be ? 
The only time I’ve experienced this, was when my milk came in with baby no 1! Argh !

    I had raging sickness at 4-5 weeks and that’s what indicated I was pregnant, my boobs were achy too, I also had a pain in my armpit but came and went so never bothered me, I don’t miss the sickness 🤣 my little girl is 8 months now, but I’m wanting another 😩🤣 xxx

    Aw how lovely ! Not the sickness but your little girl I mean 🤣 
    I’ve already got a soon to be 4 year old boy , so all exciting ! I never got any sickness last time but I have been feeling a lot different this time so waiting for it to arrive 😂
