Sudden improvement in pregnancy symptoms

Hi Everyone
I was wondering if anyone has experienced a sudden loss of pregnancy symptoms and everything been ok? I've had nausea on and off all day for 2 weeks but noticed 2 days ago it seemed to have settled. At the same time I noticed an improvement in my breast pain and while it's still here its not as bad as it was. Praying its not a sign anything is wrong and if anyone has had this experience before xx
