10 weeks and bleeding lightly

I have been taking my urine results and they lightly were getting dark I took one on the 18 of Dec it was positive I feel pregnant I have all the symptoms and I come to the ER they say both my urine and blood are negative I'm having light bleeding but still feel pregnant. I should be 10 weeks. Could I still be pregnant?
