TMI.....Advice please!!

I am currently 5 weeks today and just went to the loo and wiped and had this, I wiped again and it gone now, I’m so paranoid as it’s took me a year to finally conceive so don’t want anything to go wrong, any one else experienced a little bleed/discharge with blood in like this at 5 weeks before?
