Can anyone help 10 days late please read

Hi I'm 10 days late today took some test but all negative. Took one this morning had a vvv faint line almost hard to see. I've had sore breast a bit hard iv had a lot of wind (sorry) a week ago I had thick creamy cm then turned watery. Had sore bad and mild cramping a bit of morning sickness yesterday some days have dizzy spells not sure what's going on. Not getting the positive i want. Have the nurse today so heres hoping. Any thoughts.
