Twins or a shadow?

Hi all! had an early scan yesterday at 5+5, tech wasn’t very useful, but does this look like early twins or is the part on the right just a shadow?

    I assume if it was twins the tech would've told you ? As they know best 🤔😀

    She didn’t say anything the whole way through, and because I’m so early I thought she would do an internal scan to see more clearly, but she didn’t want to, which is why the photo is so poor x
