Positive tests but negative bloods??

I've had 4 positive home tests and 3 negative.just to be sure I had bloods done and they have came back 'normal' tbh I was expecting a positive result.sypmtoms took me to test in the first place.ive been pregnant 5 times and I was genuinely concerned as me getting pregnant again can be dangerous.Has anyone heard of having negative blood but still being pregnant,or should I just move on and forget about it?
