Guys help me figure this out

So I have been feeling very off lately: nausea, head ache, tired, boobs hurt, smell funky things, all they symptoms of my last pregnancy.  The kicker is I have a very confused case of Dr and notes.  My doctor says he removed my fallopian tubes but all my documentation says I had a tubal ligation.  I had my period  two weeks ago and then 3 days after my period I bled all day then stopped abruptly.  I figured I would take this test because I can't stop peeing and crying......what do you guys think is this something I should worry about?
