Aches in early pregnancy

Hi ive just found out that I'm pregnant and from what I can work out I'm about 10weeks. I've been having some aches in my lower abdomen for the last few weeks, they aren't anything major and not enough for me to sit down but can feel something..is this normal? Did anyone else have these? Also a few times throughout the last 4 weeks I've been having some spotting, but it only happens when I strain on the toilet and its barely anything, the colour is pink not red aswell. Is that normal also? Many thanks
