Am I pregnant?

Hi All, my husband and i recently started our ttc journey. I am currently on the two week week and have been having lots of symptoms. I havent take a pregnancy test as yet becasue these are really expensive in my country so i wanted to wait closer to when my peroid is due to take the test. I have been having the follwing:

milky white discharge
sensitive nipples
nipple darkening
fatigue
vivid dreams
cramps
and the wierdest one of all, the hole of my vagina swelled lastnight after sex. 

Can i get some advise please?
