First appointment

Hi everyone I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant with my first baby. The morning after I found out I rang my Gp to get an appointment but she said they don't see pregnant women anymore and got me to a self referral online. My first appointment isn't going to be until I'm 12 weeks which apparently is the norm now. 

I'm freaking out a lot and relying heavily on Google for all my info. I'm worried about not seeing a midwife or medical professional until 12 weeks as so much bad stuff can happen between now and then. 

I've been struggling with really bad nausea, headaches and have no appetite.
