Pregnancy after being steralized?

Hi I had my 4th baby 9 months ago I was also steralized at same time all ok till this month I'm 3 days late have back and stomach pain thinking I'm going to start then nothing will take a test later but worried in case I'm having a ectopic pregnancy or pregnant has any one ever got pregnant while steralized
