What is going on??

hi hi I usually have a 5 day period longest is the normal 7 days but rare  and this month it was only for 2 days and no heavy bleeding I had a normal bleeding when I wiped 2 times on day 2  but besides that it was spotting didn’t even have to wear a tampon or anything  ?? I have 5 children and never had a period for 2 days ever I’m currently on the Nuva ring birth control it’s vaginally inserted but have been on it for a few months now I have no signs of pregnancy that I can notice except maybe mood swings but that’s a woman’s hormones in general !! Any thoughts why I would have this 2 day period??
