Symptoms come and go paranoia

Hey ladies, 
currently 7w2d and symptoms have eased this morning. I get so paranoid! Anyone else feeling the same? 
Got our first midwife meeting a week on Tuesday and it literally cannot come soon enough! 
Any reassurance would be lovely.
