Signs of ectopic? Help

I am almost 8 weeks pregnant with my 3rd , and I've been having some abdominal pain recently, and diarrhea but I have IBS so thought might be that.
Yesterday I have experienced some light bleeding and since then I'm having pain on the right side of abdomen and ovary and also right side back stabbing pain. Could this be sign of ectopic?
