Conceiving after methotrexate for ectopic

I had methotrexate for an ectopic pregnancy on the 16th July and was told to wait 3 months before trying to conceive again. It has been 11 weeks (two cycles) and I have just had a positive pregnancy test which would make me around 3 weeks pregnant. I’m very worried that this is something that might affect the development of the baby. Just wondering if anyone else had treatment and fell pregnant and can share with me?
