12 week possible abnormal scan

Hey, I’m super worried and I am just wondering if anyone has had any experience with such thing or know of anything - the ultrasound I had today was going great. Everything measured fine etc. but the one thing they found was this extra bit near the nose. She measured the nose and it’s measuring normal (so it’s not a super long nose) and it’s nothing to do with fingers or the cord. Has anyone got any idea what this could be? I’m really worried and upset

    They don’t know what it is, no one has seen it before. Got to wait 2 weeks to go to a big hospital for a scan with a professional:( I am just wondering if anyone here has seen/experienced something similar to get an idea what I am facing
