5 weeks 1 day - Bleeding (photo)

Hello, looking for some advise. I am 5 weeks and 1 day today and have started bleeding and cramping today. It looks like this the last 3 times I have peed and takes a couple of wipes to clear. I have spoken with a midwife who said it could be normal and to get back in touch if it gets heavier? Has anyone experienced this? I know implantation bleeding and spotting is normal but this is my first so don’t know what’s too much and if I should have period like pains? x
