I decided to try it on a missed spot in my kitchen the extractor hood! It worked amazing I sprayed it on left it for couple of minutes and then all the grease and grime just wiped away.
I think it’s price point is great value as it makes the three bottles and it’s so effective as well so lasts a long time.

very easy, i measured out on the outside of hte bittle a third so i knew i was using the right amount

i used it in the kitchen on the work surfaces, it cleaned really well, left a nice smell, but i would wait a while for it to dry before chopping food on it as it will make your food taste of it.

yes this is good value, you are getting mor efor less and helping the environment at the same time.
6. Would you recommend the Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill to other parents/carers?
yes absolutely, after clean your kitchen (or wherever you decide to clean) smells fresh and like it is actually clean, no strong horrible smell like some leave behind. It is also good for the planet so its a win win
2. Process of mixing took under one minute and was very straight forward?
3. I got over excited and used it in almost every room. In the kitchen it easily wiped up spills without leaving any residue. It worked beautifully on my hob and sink leaving them sparkling clean, this is a big plus for me as some cleaners leave spots on stainless steel. It also cleaned my wooden dining table without leaving it sticky. I used it to clean my twins’ high chairs which were pretty grubby and it brought them up shining. It worked really well on some spills on the sides that have been there for days. I also tried this product in my bathrooms and it cleaned away some pink stains in my en-suite without any scrubbing.

5. It works out cheaper than my current cleaner and produces less plastic waste. It’s great value for money and I am converted.
6. I have already been recommending it to friends and family for cost, effectiveness, smell and its environmental element.
2)Mixing was super easy, the instructions were clear.
3)I used Ecover in a kitchen cupboard that hasn’t been used in a while, it had gathered a lot of dust and dirt so it was a real challenger to see how well Ecover would work!
5)At £5 it is most definitely worth the money, I was able to clean the cupboard without scrubbing, it took me less than 2 minutes to clean, it smelt and looked fantastic afterwards and been a refill it is better for our planet so it’s a winner all round!
1. What did you think of the Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill upon receiving it?
When it arrived I was surprised by the size of it, usually when you see such a small bottle you think of a cheaper ‘travel size’ product. I’m used to using big bottles of Ecover product so this is very different, but I could see the consistency of the product was much thicker so I was interested to see how it changed when diluted in the spray bottle and how it’d work for cleaning up my surfaces.
2. How did you find the process of mixing your bottle of Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill?
It shows on the label that the refill bottle makes up to 3 bottles, but I was quite surprised it didn’t offer exact measurements for dilution. I think I was a little heavy handed and the mixture did feel quite concentrated initially until I watered it down more. I like the inclusion of a sticky label for your refilled bottle, although I think it would be easier to spot in a product of cleaning products if the label contained the Ecover logo.
3. Please tell us where in your home you used the Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill, and how well it cleaned for you?
I put the cleaner to work and used it in lots of different rooms. My wooden kitchen worktops, wooden dining room table, kitchen tiles, kitchen cupboards, kitchen tiled floors, shiny black fireplace, bathroom sink, bath, toilet and more. It cleaned well and smelt lovely, I like that it smelt clean but not artificial like chemicals. On the shinier surfaces like the fireplace and my kitchen cupboards, I felt it dried a little streaky and I thought that this might be due to it being slightly too concentrated. I even added a splash into my steam cleaner with water to clean my kitchen tiles, which smelt great and it was good to know that it was sterilising the floor (particularly as so much gets spilled on there day to day).

Yes I think this is very good value for money as it goes the distance. I’d expect to pay around £3 for a bottle of Ecover spray - so for 3 bottles this is good value.
6. Would you recommend the Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill to other parents/carers?
Yes I would, it’s great to clean your home with products that smell great, disinfect and aren’t harmful to your children.

The product was much smaller than I was expecting it to be, but I could see that it was concentrated so I wasn't overly concerned about it. I use another eco brand at the moment which is clear in colour so I wasn't expecting to be brownish. I was excited to give it a go though.
2. How did you find the process of mixing your bottle of Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill?
The mixing process wasn't as easy as I would have liked, more exact measurements would have been helpful. I assume that the markers on the side of the bottle were to indicate the third measurement, but these were difficult to see when pouring into the spray bottle.
3. Please tell us where in your home you used the Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill, and how well it cleaned for you?
I used the product all over my home. I currently use Koh which can be used everywhere so wanted to put this to the test throughout my home. I was really impressed with it. Since moving into my home I have had some 'staining' around the plug in our cloakroom sink that I have never been able to remove, and the Ecover did this with relative ease (although I did have to use some elbow grease). It cleans my worktops with ease and I haven't been left having to buff them out. My partner even commented on the pleasant smell & how easy it was to use on our son's highchair! Overall we have been really impressed and I will definitely be looking to make the switch more permanently.

Yes, especially now I have used the product. I think I might have been a little put off by the price if I had just seen it on the shop shelf, simply because of the size of the bottle which I know is due to it being a concentrated refill, but it would have felt like an expensive gamble. Now I have used the product I will definitely be purchasing it and I think the price point is very reasonable.
6. Would you recommend the Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill to other parents/carers?
Yes! I have already recommended it to my mum group and my parents have gone out and bought some since I was raving about how great it was (especially the cloakroom sink as my mum had also had a go at cleaning that too).
3. I used this product in a range of places- kitchen worktops and sink, small spills on kitchen floor, bathroom sink and dining table and high chairs. I thought it worked really well- it cuts through everyday grease and dirt well. We do live in a hard water area though so limescale build up is a problem for us. I didn’t find the product worked so well on really tough limescale, but very few multi-purpose cleaners do (I usually have to use a specialist cleaner).

2. The process of mixing the bottle was straightforward, however to get exact measurements I did end up using a jug as the lines of the side of bottle did not match up. It would be better to have visual mls on side of bottle for preparation.
3. I used this product all around our home and on multiple surfaces. From worktops, windowsills, bedroom furniture, mirrors, sinks and floors! This product easily takes away dirt and dust with minimal effort! It leaves a beautiful shine on sinks and taps. Once dried it is streak free and no residue of product is left. I was pleasantly surprised how little spray was needed to clean surface areas. I love that the scent is not to overpowering but yet leaves enough scent behind to freshen rooms.
The area I was most surprised was the shower screen! This is an area that usually involves abit of elbow grease but yet with this product the dirt wiped away so easily!
5. I believe this product is worth the money. I can see it goes a long way once diluted down.
6. I most definitely would recommend this product to other parents. I love everything about this product from its compact size,scent,ingredients and power to get the job done. This product is a winner all round!

As a person with very sensitive skin I'm a big fan of Ecover as a brand. The bottle is a bit smaller than I expected and it is not a scent I would have chosen off a shelf. The bottle is well made and I LOVED the scent of the product. It does not smell like chemicals or have an artificial or overpowering fragrance. Very happy that it is an effective space saving product.
2. How did you find the process of mixing your bottle of Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill?
It was very easy to mix up the product. It was not viscous or sticky which made the process quick and simple.
3. Please tell us where in your home you used the Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill, and how well it cleaned for you?
It cleaned a lot better than I expected.
I used it on a bin from the garage where we have been doing some DIY work. I expected, and prepare myself to scrub but it wasn't even needed at all.
Since that first positive experience I have been using it all over the house including the dining table, kitchen worktop and for a messy porridge spill of the sofa.
When I see "multi-action" on a cleaning product I usually expect it to just be adequate but this product is amazing!

It is a little bit expensive and I don't think I could justify having it as my primary cleaning product at that price but one I would keep in the cupboard for when it is needed. It is a price point that may make new customers very hesitant to try it, however I will be buying it again.
6. Would you recommend the Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill to other parents/carers?
100% yes! It is a time saver! It is also so tiny, its a space saver and I LOVE the smell of it so much I've been trying to find things to clean with it.
I think it's very easy to use and very long lasting.

I used it mainly in the kitchen, on the worktops and kitchen equipment. It worked really well.

The small bottle size is very useful for storage and less plastic. Which is a huge plus.
When I opened it I was pleasantly surprised by the mild Lemongrass & Orange fragrance which is not over powering.
2. How did you find the process of mixing your bottle of Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill?
The mixing process was really simple. There are simple notches on the side of the bottle. So just used one section of fluid mixed with 500mls of water.
Sadly after Mixing I found out my spray bottle didn't work. It was dented on arrival so ? if it was damaged in the post. I just switched the cleaning mix into a different spray bottle (the pink one) and it worked well from there.
3. Please tell us where in your home you used the Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill, and how well it cleaned for you?
I used it in the kitchen and bathroom. On the general kitchen work tops and around the sink it cleaned well. Just as well as other cleaning products I have used. I thought I would put it to the maximum test and used it on the hob (yes I am aware how dirty it was). I also tried leaving it on a bit longer there too. It didn't manage to clear all the cooking off the hob. See photos.
I worked well around the bathroom sinks and shower tray. It didn't leave any streaks on the tap areas which was great. I would happily use it instead of other cleaning products.

Yes it is reasonable value for money. It works out price wise similar to something like Cif. Which is £2 for a 700ml bottle. Other cleaning brands use more plastic and have a stronger more chemical smell. The Eco website notes it saves 87% plastic vs. 3 Ecover all-purpose cleaner sprays. Which over time adds up as less to transport so less fossil fuels used in its transport as well. It is a good all purpose cleaner. Another huge plus for the environment is that it doesn't use with palm-oil.
6. Would you recommend the Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill to other parents/carers?
Yes I would recommend it as it works well on most surfaces and has a mild scent so it not overpowering. Overall it is much better for the environment. Also the small bottle size allows for keeping an extra one in stock so you don't run out. As it doesn't take up much space.
- I thought it is a good concept of a concentrated liquid that can be diluted and used as and when required. The product itself has a very good fragrance and quite effective cleansing properties.

- I used this product in the kitchen, bathroom and all around the house. It is really very effective in giving a squeaky clean feeling and the fragrance is very beautiful too.

- It seems to be very cost effective and the ease of storing the little bottle is definitely an added advantage. It is a good alternative for the plastic bottles that i buy every month for cleaning and it is surely a good step towards the benefit of the environment.

- Yes, i would definitely recommend because it helps in cleaning alomost all kinds of surfaces and without any hard work.

The bottle is small and handy , and easy to read. I like that it tells you about the 87% plastic saving on the front too. Often cleaning products are overwhelming with too much information on the labels making them cluttered and hard to read
2. How did you find the process of mixing your bottle of Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill?
Very quick and easy , a lot of the concentrated cleaners can be very strong smelling which you don’t want especially in a house with pets and small children.
3. Please tell us where in your home you used the Ecover Multi-Action Concentrated Refill, and how well it cleaned for you?
I cleaned the drainer beside my sink. It’s always covered in water droplets and bits of food splatter from washing the dishes. It cleaned it very quickly and very easily. I didn’t have to use much effort at all.

I think it’s good value for money as you really don’t need much of it when using the spray bottle for it to be effective.

Absolutely, it’s nice and small so easy to store. And doesn’t smell too strongly.
