Best small pushchair for newborns

Hi all I'm new on here and looking for some advice.  

I need to buy a pushchair / travel system but it's so hard to know what is best. I'm looking for it to be lightweight, folds up small and can attach a buggy board. i got it totally wrong with my 1st daughter and ended up with a massive bulky thing! 

so far my thoughts are either a bugaboo bee or cossatto woop but I'm totally confused!
