Which playhouse?

Hi, we're thinking of getting a playhouse for our kids (boy aged 4, girl aged 2) but are not sure which one, anyone got any ideas?

Anyone got experience with playhouses, and do kids actually use them very much? Don't want to make an expensive mistake!
