Looking for a really good buggy to use on public transport every day

hi

My life has changed from living between east London and north London travel up and down on train and 8 months pregnant. I need help to find a pushchair that has all that I need. A big shopping basket, easy forward facing without having to take seat off, light weight possible I can't lift because of medical condition and always travel on train, need from birth to about 4
