Worried about a fire breaking out!

I live in a flat with my young baby and since the recent horrific events in London I can't stop thinking what I'd do if a fire broke out in my flat.....

I just found this on a website, it looks like something you cradle a baby in to lower your child out of the window.......I wondered if anyone had bought one and if they are worth buying?  It's difficult to see what its like on the website and I can't find any reviews.  I already have one of the fabric ladders but have no idea how I'd get down one of those holding my baby.
