Car seat issue cybex aton

Does anybody else have a bad experience with cybex 0 size car seat Ours basically doesn't correctly fit our 4 month old baby she is too thin so not wedged enough at the head or abdomen and when we travel hee head bends forward or if we bring headrest lower it crushes her neck and shoulders 🙄

    Oh what a nightmare, is it definitely fitted correctly?
    Have you checked the guidance for your vehicle to see whether it’s a recommended car seat? The first car seat we bought didn’t work in my car because the back seats were sloped down.

    Alot of local nursery stores will do free car seat checks. If you can find an independent retailer or a cybex stockist they will be able to take a look and see if they can help. You could also send some photos to cybex on facebook and ask for advice. It may be that baby is not positioned right or they may advise something else
