Need recommendation for double buggy!!

We got the Phil & Teds for my boy 18 months and new baby girl 1 1/2 wks old....really not happy cause I will be taking my girl out just on her own now and then and it seems quite bulky and also the carry cot doesnt seem too secure and if I pad it out with blankets she would get too hot! help! need recommendations on a double buggy - quite cheap - that would also be good for a single buggy!
