European Baby Products not available in US

Hello. I live in the United States, and I'd like to hear about your favorite baby products that might not be available in the US. Recently, I read about a bike made in Germany that would help my toddler learn to ride (Puky Glider Rider made in Germany). Also, I saw a baby bath spa made in the Netherlands, recently made available in the US. I'm sure we are missing out on a lot of other great products, and I'd like your thoughts on what they might be.
