poo!!

Hi there my son is 11 & 1/2 weeks old & i am breast feeding him. He normally does 2-4 poos a day. But Thursday he didn't do one all day so in the evening i gave his belly a massage & 15 mins later he filled he nappy. yesterday (Friday) he didn't go at all & now today he still hasn't been! He's bright & happy & not straining. I read that breast fed babies can go up to a week with out pooing. But wondered if this is normal or should i be worried?

    When my little one was breast feeding i was told that it is normal for them to go for a few days without pooing, they won't say they are constipated until then!!!
    Hope that helps a bit. He used to be regular and missed the odd day, i don't think you have anything to worry about.

    Isaac used to go up to 7 days with no poo, he made up for it on the day he went though lol
