SPD troubles

This is my first baby, i'm 34 weeks and was diagnosed with SPD 4 weeks ago. Since then i've gone from mild discomfort to barely being able to walk, dispite seeing a physio and having a support belt.
I started my maternity leave today, 3 weeks earlier than i had intended, and am already pulling my hair out with boredom!
Anyone in the same situation? Any ideas for boredom busters when moving around is pretty limited?
