experienced question or just in need of quick answers

Hey i have been in a great relationship with my boyfriend for six months now but i think im pregnant my period only lasted for two days heavy the first day then the second day it was light then just gone. three days after that i was spotting. idk could i be pregnant he wants children but i don't know right now i work everyday and all night any advice i would love some. thanks
