Feeling like a part time single parent

My husband travels a lot for work! He is away every second week and when he gets home he is really tired. I know he works really hard to provide for my daughter and I but I just feel like I'm doing it all on my own.  

I work part time from home as well and I feel like my life gets a thousand times harder when my husband is away.  I try not to put too much pressure on him when he is home but am feeling like its a one woman show!

Any suggestions on how to approach this topic with my husband when he is home to help me a bit more around the house and to spend more quality time with our one year old?
