3yr old wont sleep all nite!! help

Help!! My 3 year old wont go to bed util late (ie after 10pm) then is up and down all nite then gets up dead early! she doesnt nap during the day and shes quite active. Anyone have any advice, Help!!!

i would say set a bed time routine and stick to it thats what we had to do with our daughter and its the only thing thats worked, it caused a lot of tears but she sleeps so much better now x
