Don't frget her stomach would have shrunk, so she may feel very full after only a few mouthfuls. She may also be feeling a little grotty and generally not be very hungry after her illness. I'd try dropping down her portions a little and then building them back up over the next 2 weeks or so. If that doesn't work andshe is still not interested give yur surgery a buzz and speak with the HV they may be able to help.
