Getting my 7yr old to do up her jacket.

My 7yr old daughter suffers from the cold weather more than other children do but getting her to do up her jacket is a nightmare. She does not like getting cold/soaked but she will not do up the zip on her jacket unless it is done for her but I am sick of having to do it up for her when she is perfectly capable of doing it herself so what can I do in this situation?

She is fussy about jackets, she will only wear waterproof regatta jackets which HAS to be pink. She hates jackets which have buttons or toggles plus will not wear half zip pullovers.
