Homeschool career advice?

Any homeschoolers out there who can help with career advice? 

My eldest is looking towards the future a little more now and starting to think about what he wants to do after his formal education finishes, but without the support of teachers and careers advisors I'm struggling a little bit. We do have a tutor for maths and science but he doesnt really want to pursue these avenues.
