Sleep problems - 9 year old becoming hyper at bedtime
Over the last 5 days my 9 year old has become very hyper at bedtime,usually hes fine but now its a battle to get him to lay down and try to sleep dont know what to do.

What is he doing before bedtime? And what time is bedtime?
I have a 9 year old daughter and i find her watching the ipod or ipad immediately before bed makes her a bit lively, so we always turn it off at 8pm and she can then read a book for 20mins which helps her wind down.
