Hi, I'm new here so hope I'm in the right thread. My daughter is 9 and is suffering with anxiety at bedtime since the first lockdown last year, she won't stay with her dad or anyone either. Has anyone any tips? I've exhausted all avenues that I can think of. She gets angry too with it
