5 year old very fussy with food

Hey, my daughter is 5, coming up to 6 in December. She has had a few problems with bowels in the past when she was about 1, she doesn’t eat much at all, she is very fussy and it’s like she scared of food that is not what she is used to. I don’t know what to do it. Do I keep trying, people keep saying to me that she will grow out of it but it just doesn’t seem as though she will. If I was to turn round and say she won’t be having anything else or she has to try something just would go without and would rather do that than try any of it.
Please help me, it’s really getting me down x
