Hi,
Just looking to see if anyone has been through anything similar and what they outcome has been in the UK?
I have an ex who was controlling and abusive to me (mentally). He had screamed at me my whole pregnancy and whilst he had our child in his arms. He also says he isnt the father and that he will kill himself when she is a certain amount age.
We will be going to court in the near future and I just wondered what the likely outcome would be?
I personally don't think he is stable to be around her but i do want him to have a relationship (I'm hoping for 4 days a fortnight). I would prefer not to have over night stays as she is under 1 and its usually night time that he for some reason loses his mind.
