Important News: The Mumdrum is joining MadeForMums
We’ve got some important news to share with you. The Mumdrum is joining up with MadeForMums to create a single, busy, mobile-friendly, parenting site.
What’s going to change?
All Mumdrum member accounts will be migrated across to MadeForMums. We are also moving over The Mumdrum Trying To Conceive, Baby Talk and Off Topic forum threads, as well as our personalised Photo Cards service.
We realise this will be a big change, and that for those of you that joined us from Hitched Baby Talk this will be the second move in three years, but we believe it is a positive change for The Mumdrum forum. By combining the two parenting forums we can create a busier place to chat and by utilising the MadeForMums platform we can provide a much better mobile experience.
Why is this happening?
Hitched and its sister site The Mumdrum have been purchased by Immediate Media, who own MadeForMums. We think it makes sense to combine The Mumdrum and MadeForMums to create a single, busy, parenting destination.
When will this happen?
We are planning to join the two sites next week. We’ll update you again as soon as we have an exact timescale.
What do you need to do?
Nothing yet. We’ll transfer your account details and personal data, including your First Name, Last Name, email address, Forum Name and Forum Avatar to MadeForMums. Your data will then be cared for by MadeForMums in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
Once your data has been safely moved across we’ll send you a unique password reset link so that you can log into MadeForMums securely.
