4.40am waking - help!

Hello

Hoping that someone has some advice please.

My daughter has just turned 6MO and used to sleep from 7pm to 5.30-6am but now she wakes up at 4.40am every single day.  I can't do this wake up time, apart from being tired it makes for a very loooong day!

She's having her normal 3 x 30 minute naps ( never been a good napper) and she's not hungry when she wakes. She's just rolling on to her front and screeching with excitement. 

I don't bring her into our bed. What can I do?
