2.5 month always restless through sleep.
My 2 month is always restless and wakes up during this daytime naps and cries and takes 20 mins to put back to sleep and then again wakes up after 10 mins and cries.
At night he sleep from 9pm - 11pm and 12am - 4am
Things I've considered:
not sleepy? but when i let him awake he keeps crying....
Needs a burp? he burps and farts quite well in general and I've also tried burping him when he wakes up
Diaper? yes I'm always checking.
Gotten used to being picked? Possibly...idk how to check that because in the arms he doesn't settles takes 20 mins to settle him.

So you swaddle him? That worked really well to help my little guy settle in the early days (both for naps and nighttime). You can either swaddle with a regular swaddle blanket (you can watch YouTube videos that will show you how to fold and tuck it) or for ease you can get 'swaddle sacks' which have flaps that you Velcro over & hold baby in the same arm position. We used 'halo' swaddle sacks & loved them!
