Baby wont sleep after holiday

hi 

my little girls is 5 months old, shes always been an okay sleeper and before holiday was doing 730-1030 feed then until 530

we went to center parks where she didnt not settle maybe 2-3 hours a night then screeching and crying like she was hurt

weve been home for a week and the sleep id getting worse as soon as her body hits the cot she crys or if we d successfully put her down she will be awake after 10/15 mins 

i feel like im at my wits end my partner leaves at 445am and is home at 830pm and its taking its toll 

what could i try to get normality to resume?
